Addition
You can complain about a player in case of violation of the rules. To do this, you need to provide evidence of the violation (video/screenshot from the game) and write a complaint to technical support in the store.
If you notice that a player is playing unfairly, don't shout about it to the whole chat. Provide information to the Administration, they will check the player themselves. If the Administration gives a warning, you should not indicate that you did not know/did not read the rules. There will be no further warning. The project administration is "not obliged" to anyone, so before writing complaints, read the rules.
After the ban, we do not provide you with evidence of obvious cheating on your part and are not obliged. We do not ban just like that and do a comprehensive check (personal participation of the banned person is not required if there is enough evidence). The administration reserves the right to ban without giving a reason. Therefore, it is not necessary to demand any evidence from us. We do not have a rule of presumption of innocence and in the case of your ban, you should not write to us "Why ban?". The ban is final and cannot be appealed.
