1. General provisions

1.1 By using this site, you agree to the rules and undertake to abide by them, realizing that if you violate them, you may be limited in access to the project both partially and permanently.

1.2 Ignorance of the rules or disagreement with them does not release you from responsibility for non-compliance with them in the project, any violation in any case carries consequences.

1.3 The administration of the BanderState project (hereinafter "Administration") reserves the right, without notifying users, to change, supplement or delete any clauses of the rules. And it is the responsibility of the users themselves to periodically read the rules with the appearance of a new edition, which is indicated in the title of the post with the rules.

1.4 The administration refuses to restore access or funds from the account from which the data was forgotten or lost. It is the user's responsibility to enter correct and up-to-date data that will definitely not be forgotten or lost by him.

2. Powers and duties of the Administration

2.1 The administration does not owe anything to anyone, this project is not commercial and the administration works voluntarily for the benefit of the server.

2.2 Absolutely all donations in any form are free of charge. The administration of this server under no circumstances undertakes to return the spent funds.

2.3 The administration is not responsible for cases of damage caused by visiting this project (moral damage, material damage and other types of damage).

2.4 The administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability to use the server by a specific person or group of persons. Because these cases can be caused by the blocking of a specific person or group of persons, or by circumstances beyond our control.

2.5 The administration has the right to suspend the access of the initiator or his entire sub-network to the resources of the project in the event of an indirect or direct threat to the project's viability.

2.6 Administration is not required to report to players for penalty decisions against any player except for penalty appeal threads in a forum created solely by the person receiving the penalty. In this case, the administration will provide evidence on which the penalty was decided, but the deadline for creating this topic is one week, after this deadline any claims are considered invalid.
